How RoyceGames and its advertising partners handle information in our mobile games. Effective October 8, 2026.
We do not create player accounts, collect gameplay information through our own systems, or offer in-app purchases. Our games may contain third-party advertising SDKs that process device and ad-related information. You can contact us at roywk342@163.com about privacy or advertising choices.
Who we are and what this policy covers
RoyceGames is a game publisher registered in China. This policy applies to roycegames.online, support messages sent to us, and RoyceGames mobile games that link to this policy. If a game has a more specific privacy notice, that notice describes any additional features and data practices.
Our games are not directed to children and currently have no in-app purchases. This website does not use advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, or a user account system. GitHub Pages may process technical request data to deliver the website.
Information that may be processed
RoyceGames does not collect player profiles or gameplay data through its own systems. Advertising SDKs in a game may automatically process the categories below, depending on the game, SDK configuration, region, device settings, and your choices. A provider does not necessarily receive every category.

We do not intentionally ask our games to collect precise location, contacts, photos, or sensitive personal information for advertising. Third-party providers may set their own retention periods and may receive additional technical data described in their notices.
How information is used and shared
Advertising partners may use the information above to serve contextual ads and, where permitted, personalized ads; measure performance; limit repeated ads; and detect misuse or fraud. Mediation providers may pass an ad request to other demand partners. Partners may act as independent controllers or businesses under their own privacy notices. We use information you send us only to answer your support or privacy request and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosures for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may nevertheless be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. The opt-out route is below.

RoyceGames games may use the following advertising and mediation providers. The exact mix can vary by title and version; this list does not mean every SDK appears in every game. Their privacy notices explain their own processing and controls.

EEA and UK privacy rights
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, consent is the basis for personalized advertising and device access when required by law. Legitimate interests may support limited security, fraud prevention, and handling requests, subject to the required assessment. Legal obligations may require some processing. We will obtain consent before non-essential advertising processing where required and allow withdrawal of that consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing, and you may object to processing. You may complain to a data protection authority. We do not intend to use automated processing to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about players.
Advertising partners and website hosting services may process information in countries outside the EEA or UK. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, a UK addendum, or other valid safeguards; contact us for details relevant to a game.
California privacy notice and Do Not Sell or Share
California residents may have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA to know and access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and exercise these rights without discrimination. The categories our advertising-supported games may process in the preceding 12 months are identifiers, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation derived from IP, and advertising inferences. If you email us, we also receive your contact details and message. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described above. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: To opt out of advertising disclosures that may be a sale or sharing, email roywk342@163.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject and the game name. We will explain the information reasonably needed to apply your choice. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf, subject to appropriate verification. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals where they reach our services and are required by law. This website itself has no advertising trackers; a browser signal on this site may not reach a separately installed game.
Your privacy choices
For any privacy request, email roywk342@163.com. Include the game name, device platform, country or U.S. state, and what you request. We may ask for limited information to verify and locate relevant records; please do not send an identity document or advertising ID in your first message. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.
Our iOS games will show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before tracking or accessing the IDFA when required. You can change ATT permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Android devices also provide advertising privacy controls. These device controls are separate from consent required under GDPR and from California opt-out rights. Some ad partners also offer their own controls, including Liftoff and Mintegral.
Retention, security, and children
We keep support and privacy messages only as long as needed to respond, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties. Advertising partners set their own retention periods, available in their notices. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, although no online service is completely secure.
Our games are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
